Thanks to the work of the Holliston Highway Department and Rail Trail Committee member Herb Brockert the new drainage pipes have been installed and the trail is now passable.

The view looking towards Phipps Tunnel shows the lighter grey drainage stone covering the newly installed drainage pipes on both sides of the trail. Please note that the final coat of stone dust to cover the new sections is not yet installed – please use caution through this area.

The trail will need to be closed at some future time to finish the surface and install another drainage structure.
