NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

You are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of Celebrate Holliston, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., at the Holliston Parks and Recreation Center.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• receive an overall financial review;
• elect or renew Board membership;
• discuss the 2023 field day and Committee membership;
• discuss plans for Holliston’s 300 Anniversary celebration; and
• discuss the use of funds for projects to benefit the Town of Holliston (if applicable);
• and to discuss any other relative business.
