  • 10:59 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 6:00 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Winter Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.
  • 8:436 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Saturday, June 10

  • 9:33 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 3:25 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Juniper Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 5:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hiawatha Trail. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 7:19 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale, Engine 4 and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hemlock Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Sunday, June 11

  • 10:58 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Grove Street. A resident was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
  • 1:50 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale, and Firefighters Alan Greendale Jr. and Alex Porter investigated smoke in the area of Old Cart Path. The source was determined to be a vehicle fire in Sherborn.
  • 2:32 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Maple Dell Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 3:57 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 5:36 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale, Firefighters Alan Greendale Jr. and Alex Porter, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency at Pleasure Point. Two individuals were transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 9:40 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale, and Firefighters Alan Greendale Jr. and Alex Porter investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.
  • 10:45 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dean Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Monday, June 12

  • 9:55 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 10:53 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Cheryl Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 7:45 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Willowgate Rise. A resident was transported to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.

Tuesday, June 13

  • 5:00 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Paul Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 7:57 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 8:06 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Rescue 1, Engines 1 and 2, the ambulance, an ambulance from Sherborn Fire, and the District 3 HazMat Team responded to a Tier 1 hazardous materials incident on Lowland Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center. Three individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

  • 8:12 AM: Investigation – Engine 4 investigated an alarm malfunction on Hopping Brook Road.
  • 12:18 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 9:05 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Appleyard Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Wednesday, June 14

  • 12:35 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 4:05 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Gorwin Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
