  • 1:14 PM: Investigation – Captain Keith McKeown, and Engines 1 and 3 investigated an alarm malfunction on Hill Street.
  • 3:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Saturday, June 24

  • 1:05 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 9:24 AM: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, Rescue 1 and Engine 2 responded to assist an individual stuck in an elevator on Elm Street.
  • 10:33 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, and Engines 2 and 4 investigated an alarm activation on Summer Street.
  • 2:01 PM: Medical – EMT Paul Coffey and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 2:05 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and Engine 4 investigated an alarm activation on Summer Street.

Sunday, June 25

  • 1:10 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cheryl Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
  • 7:26 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated an alarm activation on Shaw Farm Road. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.
  • 9:58 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated a hazard on High Rock Road.
  • 10:18 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hill Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 12:31 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to a landing zone on Hollis Street which had been secured by Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputies Alan Greendale and Michael Gulla, and Engine 1. Care was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight, who transported the individual to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.
  • 1:39 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fiske Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
  • 5:57 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 11:38 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Brian Grace, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Old Sawmill Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, June 26
