Friday, December 1
2:18 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Rescue 1, Engine 4, the primary ambulance,
the backup ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on
Washington Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. Six individuals
refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.
3:32 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Robin Hill Road. The
activation was unintentional.
4:32 PM: Mutual Aid – Chief Michael Cassidy responded mutual aid to Sherborn and served as
Accountability Officer for an incident on Pine Hill Lane.
5:18 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
11:37 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Beatrice Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Saturday, December 2
1:55 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Cranberry Lane. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
2:07 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Brian Kramer and Engine 2 investigated an
odor on Windsor Drive.
5:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Prentice Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
6:25 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident
was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, December 3
2:09 PM: Medical – Captain John Gagnon, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded
to a medical emergency on Bridle Path. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
9:13 PM: Medical – Captain John Gagnon and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on
Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, December 4
4:48 AM: Investigation – Captain John Gagnon investigated a faulty detector on South Street.
1:36 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Rock Road. An individual
was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
