St. Mary’s of Holliston Knights of Columbus Council 14224 recently wrapped up
their final donations to charitable non-profits for 2023. Their major fundraising
campaigns this year included their Second Annual Swing for Charity Golf
Tournament in June and their 15th Annual Charity Raffle which concluded in
October – resulting in $29,000 in donations by the council this year.

Their final donations for the year were recently presented to the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation
for Autism and their 14th annual donation to the Holliston Senior Center. They’ve now donated just over $320,000 in just 15 years!

Their 2023 donations were distributed to veterans’ organizations, the senior center, food pantries, the
historical society, autism research and assistance, and other smaller donations. They’re praying for your support again in 2024, especially as they conduct their 16th Annual Charity Raffle in the Spring and host their Third Annual Swing for Charity tournament scheduled for June 21st .

Council Grand Knight Al Scaramella noted that the Council’s success in aiding hundreds of people has been due to the generosity of other to the council’s charitable campaigns. He also noted that the Council’s brothers have no plans to stop their efforts.
