Mary Ann Hyland, 59, of Holliston, who spent the past year living at a JRI group home in Framingham, passed away at Tufts Medical Center in Boston on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. She was surrounded by family at the time of her passing. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Gael (Donoghue) and John F. Hyland.

Mary led a happy life and enjoyed time spent with her peers at her day programs. She enjoyed karaoke, musicals, bowling, ping-pong, and especially loved coloring. She was outgoing and friendly and made friends wherever she went. She also had a job making bows. She loved family vacations and being around her family.

Mary is survived by her siblings, Jack Hyland and his wife, Beth of Uxbridge, Mike Hyland and his wife, Tammy of Mendon, and Kate Warren and her husband, Phil of Natick. She also leaves behind 3 nieces Heather Hyland of Atlanta, Ashley and Alison Warren, both of Natick, and her nephew, John Hyland of Uxbridge.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 28th at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston.
