Saturday, December 23

12:40 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, Ladder 1, Engines 1 and 3, and the ambulance responded to an alarm activation on Woodland Street.

8:17 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale, the ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:42 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Garrett Way. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

3:01 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:53 PM: Mutual Aid – Chief Michael Cassidy responded mutual aid to Sherborn for a structure fire on Southfield Lane, where he served as the Accountability Officer.

5:20 PM: Medical Alarm – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Travis Road. The alarm activation was unintentional.

6:33 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated an alarm malfunction on Washington Street.

7:03 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and Engine investigated an odor on Christopher Road. Eversource Gas was notified.

7:09 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Spruce Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:42 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:30 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Railroad Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Sunday, December 24

1:37 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Marshall Street. The individual refused transport.

8:46 AM: Oven Fire – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Brian Grace, Ladder 1, Rescue 1, and Engines 2 and 3 responded to an oven fire on Peach Lane. 

9:03 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fairview Street. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

Monday, December 25

2:02 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:06 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:07 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fieldstone Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Tuesday, December 26

9:16 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Brooksmont Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

1:02 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Brewster EMS responded to a medical emergency on Howard Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

4:24 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an odor on Norland Street.

4:44 PM: Assistance Call – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Jackson Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:47 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

9:11 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Lieutenant Brian Kramer and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Adams Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. One individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:43 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Mill Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. 

Wednesday, December 27

1:23 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wilkins Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:49 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Sweetgrass Lane. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

11:12 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, EMT Paul Coffey, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
