Jean R. Burns, 87, of Holliston, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. She was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Susan (Ross) and Gordon MacDonald. She was the wife of Robert J. Burns Jr whom she was married to for 53 years.

Jean sold Avon for many years and enjoyed visiting with all of her customers. She will be remembered as a loving Mother and member of the First Congregational Church of Holliston.

Jean is survived by her children. Sean Burns (Sylvia) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Brian (Susan) Burns of Bethesda Maryland, and Bonnie Hilliard (Patrick) of Wellesley. Jean is also survived by eight grandchildren Ryan (Bethany) Burns, Matthew Burns, Christopher Burns, Alexandra Caruso (Joe), Zachary Escobar, Olivia Escobar, Tyler Escobar, and Nevin Escobar. She is predeceased by her son, Glen Burns.
