PTO Baskets Fundraiser: Holliston 300th
December 3, 2024 will mark Holliston’s Tricentennial. When you turn 300, you throw an extravaganza! The Town of Holliston, with the help of the Celebrate Holliston Committee, will be hosting special events each month in 2024.
Holliston PTO is thrilled to announce our annual Basket Raffle Fundraiser as part of these special events, but bigger and better than ever! Please save these key dates:
- Friday, March 1, 2024: Online raffle sales and basket viewing will open.
- Wednesday, March 20, 2024: 12 – 8PM: Live basket viewing in the Holliston Upper Town Hall (703 Washington St.) 8PM: Live drawing – we prefer winners pick up baskets by 9PM, but we can deliver baskets to their designated Holliston addresses on March 21, 2024, as needed. This means – if you are out of town, just let us know where and to whom we can drop off your winnings when we call!
Unlike previous years, we are asking that families in ALL grades (PK-12) participate in creating a basket. Based on feedback from previous years, we’ve divided the baskets up by grades and offered suggested themes. Click here for complete list. Please feel free to reach out to vendors in and around town for help filling your basket.
Our goal for this year is to raise $30,000. Proceeds from the fundraiser go back to our students, teachers, and staff through fulfillment of supplies and curricular enrichment material requests, assemblies, field trips, along with light breakfasts, snacks, and treats for school staff on Professional Development Days, and Wellness Centers for our educators. We also grant funds to each school annually to supplement the Parent to Parent program, Outdoor Learning Alliance (OLA) projects, and social emotional education.
CALLING ALL GRADE LEVEL LIAISONS, CLASS COORDINATORS AND BASKET MAKING EXTRODINAIRES: Please join us at the next Townwide PTO Meeting – Wednesday January 10th at 7pm – Room 303 in Holliston High School. We will walk through the planned process for 2024 and how you and your classes can help build the Tricentennial baskets.

- Elementary families: Look for an email from your class coordinators. They will provide details on how you can help build your group’s basket.
- RAMS families: Look for an email from your grade level class coordinator. They will provide details about how you can help build your group’s basket.
- HHS families: Look for an email from Stacey Raffi. She will provide details about how to build the Class of 2024/Class of 2025 and Class of 2026/Class of 2027 baskets.
- Share the online basket viewing and raffle sales portal with all your friends and family (including those outside of Holliston)! Link to be publicized on March 1st.
- Stop by the Live Basket Viewing on March 20th to view all the awesome baskets, meet new families, enjoy light refreshments and family friendly fun!
