Friday, February 2

9:19 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Wilkins Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:02 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Exchange Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. One individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

4:10 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:00 PM: Station Coverage – The backup ambulance responded mutual aid to Sherborn, to cover their North Main Street station while personnel were at a department function. While on the cover assignment, the ambulance responded at 6:07 PM to a medical emergency on Washington Street, which was a refusal; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:09 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla, Engine 2 and Forest Fire 1 responded to a brush fire off Cedar Street. The fire was determined to be on Running Brook Circle in Ashland. Ashland Fire was notified and responded.

Saturday, February 3

4:19 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla, Engine 4, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Courtland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:21 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla, the ambulance, and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Fieldstone Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, February 4

10:05 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla, Engine 2 and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:32 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, February 5

3:16 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

8:55 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. 

10:46 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on North Mill Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Tuesday, February 6

6:36 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Water Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:40 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Webster Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

9:37 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Wilkins Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

11:55 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:37 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Alan Greendale, Engine 2 and the ambulance investigated an odor on Juniper Road.

Wednesday, February 7

7:48 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Exchange Street.

11:12 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Rescue 1 investigated a spill on Bogastow Brook Road.

11:13 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Washington Street. The alarm transmission was unintentional; no EMS was required.

Thursday, February 8

2:08 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:01 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Maple Dell Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
