Merrilyn Ann (Darling) Potter, 77, a resident of Holliston, MA, for over forty years, passed away on February 2, 2024, following an illness. Born in Hardwick, VT, on May 26, 1946, to the late Merrill A. Darling and Bella (Leys) Darling, she is survived by her husband, Dewey L. Potter, also from VT, her son Brian Potter and his wife Wendy Potter, her daughter Donna (Potter) Fontecchio and husband Eric Fontecchio, her daughter Allison Potter and husband George King, and her daughter Karen Potter, as well as her grandchildren Ashley and Nicole Fontecchio and Adelaide and Lydia Levenson.

Merrilyn had a strong belief in God, was a former member of the Worldwide Church of God, and in recent years was affiliated with CBCG. She was passionate about whole foods and naturopathic medicine. She worked for a number of years at the Fabric Place in Framingham and enjoyed sewing as a hobby.
Following a private ceremony for family members at Chesmore Funeral Home in Holliston, Merrilyn will be buried at Lake Grove in Holliston, MA. We request to send donations to the Holliston Senior Center in lieu of flowers, 150 Goulding St. Holliston, MA 01746.
