10:55 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and Rescue 1 investigated an odor on Washington Street.

12:58 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated low hanging wires on Marshall Street.

2:05 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated outside burning on Peter Street.

9:07 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Brian Grace and Firefighter Alex Porter, and Engine 4 investigated unauthorized burning on Peter Street.

Saturday, March 23

7:17 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:55 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:37 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on North Mill Street. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

11:40 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Brian Grace and Firefighter Alex Porter, and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Exchange Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

4:32 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

8:24 PM: Lockout – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Brian Grace and Firefighter Alex Porter, and Engine 4 responded to a lockout on Marshall Street.

Sunday, March 24

8:33 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated a water problem on Fiske Street.

1:25 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, Engine 3, the ambulance, paramedics from Ashland Fire, and an ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Three individuals were transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

Monday, March 25

3:40 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:37 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wingate Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:34 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Charles Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:38 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance crew assisted with a ring removal at the fire station.

2:56 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm on David Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

3:54 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pinecrest Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Wednesday, March 27

7:18 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Holly Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

1:03 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an odor on Whitney Street.

5:26 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Exchange Street. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

9:52 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Holly Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

11:30 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Lakeshore Drive. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

Thursday, March 28

8:04 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hollis Street. There were no injuries; four signed refusals were obtained.

8:11 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an alarm malfunction on Johnson Drive. The response was canceled prior to arrival.
