District Governors in Massachusetts have the ability to provide recognition to Lions in their District. The Holliston Lions Club is part of District 33K in Massachusetts which is led by District Governor Ivette Mesmar from the Wellesley Centennial Lions Club.

This year, the Holliston Lions Club is proud to announce that Lion Mark Ahronian was awarded an International Presidential Award. Lions who have made a significant leadership contribution during the International President’s year in office are eligible to receive this award. This award is the 3rd highest award from Lions Clubs International. Congratulations Mark!

Each year, the Past District Governor’s Association of Massachusetts receives nominations from the five District Governors in Multiple District 33 (Massachusetts Lions). There is a checklist for qualification which includes performing community service, making local donations, increasing membership, and more. For the third year in a row, the Holliston Lions Club finished as the Best Extra-Large Club in Massachusetts.
