My name is Andrea McCoy and I am a candidate for Library Board of Trustees. My family and I moved to Holliston in 2013 and now have two elementary-aged kids. Although I have previously volunteered in Holliston through Cub Scout Pack 2, the Elementary PTO, and the Town-wide Curb Alerts, I’m looking for new ways to get involved in town.

Professionally, I am the Head of Children’s Services at the Medfield Public Library, so I am well aware of the opportunities and challenges suburban libraries are presented with each day. I am interested in joining Holliston Library’s Board of Trustees in order to support – and hopefully enhance – the important role the library plays in our community.
