My name is Maria Constantinides and I’m running for the Holliston Housing Authority open seat.  I have been a resident of Holliston for over 10 years and want to be a more active volunteer.  I believe that housing is a right and want to help elderly and working families access affordable housing. 

I have long had an interest in housing and how we, as a society, can support residents in securing and maintaining safe and affordable housing.  I am particularly excited to support the governor’s $1.6 billion request to repair, rehabilitate and modernize the states public housing.  As a child of immigrants I saw how housing support allowed my parents to thrive in Massachusetts and become homeowners themselves.

I look forward to learning from our citizens and hope that you will vote for me.
