10:57 AM: Investigation – Engine 4 investigated an authorized permit fire on Prentice Street.

6:36 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown investigated an alarm malfunction on Willowgate Rise.

Saturday, April 27

5:34 AM: Medical Alarm – Deputy Alan Greendale and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm on South Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; the ambulance was cancelled prior to arrival.

9:21 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Stonybrook Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

10:31 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. There were no injuries; the ambulance was canceled prior to arrival.

2:00 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated a report of smoke in the area called in by the Sudbury Fire Tower.

2:34 PM: Brush Fire – DCR Fire Warden Brian Johnson, Weekend Duty Officers Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Alex Porter, Engine 2, Engine 4, and Forest Fire 1 responded to a brush fire on Central Street.

3:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, April 28

11:20 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Alex Porter, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Sawyer Circle. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

10:49 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Copper Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Monday, April 29

2:12 AM: Station Coverage – Engine 4 responded to Medway, providing station coverage at their Milford Street fire station, while crews were committed to a structure fire on Kathy Drive in Bellingham.

4:37 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Kathryn Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:13 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm trouble on Mayflower Landing.

10:48 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Grove Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Tuesday, April 30

1:34 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to Boston Children’s Hospital. 

1:02 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Hopedale Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hopping Brook Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:24 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale and Engine 4 investigated an odor on Gorwin Drive.

Wednesday, May 1

2:16 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Tea Party Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:43 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Paul Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:23 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dodd Drive. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

12:36 PM: Medical Alarm – Deputy Alan Greendale and the backup ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Mill Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

3:19 PM: Alarm Activation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 3 investigated an alarm activation on October Hill Road.

5:18 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale investigated a broken fire hydrant on Marshall Street. The DPW – Water Division was notified.

6:05 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:14 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Deputy Alan Greendale, Rescue 1, and Engines 1 and 4, the ambulance, an ambulance from Sherborn Fire, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two patients were transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

Thursday, May 2

9:42 AM: Lieutenant Michael Quintin and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Francine Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:31 AM: Medical – Lieutenant Michael Quintin, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Travis Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:21 AM: Assistance Call – Lieutenant Michael Quintin assisted the Animal Control Officer and DPW – Highway Division with an animal rescue on Central Street.

1:18 PM: Station Coverage – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway, providing station coverage at the Milford Street fire station, while crews were committed out of town at a brush fire. 

3:48 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wilkins Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:25 PM: Investigation – Lieutenant Michael Quintin investigated an alarm malfunction on South Street.

4:48 PM: Medical – Lieutenant Michael Quintin and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:36 PM: Motor Vehicle Cash – Lieutenant Michael Quintin and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two individuals denied injury; signed waivers were obtained.
