10:47 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Prospect Street.

2:23 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:12 PM: Structure Fire – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, Ladder 1, Engines 1, 2, 3 and 4, and the ambulance responded to a reported structure fire on Sparrow Lane. The smoke was found to be coming from a grill on Robin Hill Road.

7:58 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated a tree struck by lightning on Pond View Road.

11:03 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, June 22

2:17 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and Engine 2 investigated a downed wire causing an outside fire on Concord Street.

2:45 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, Engine 3, and the ambulance investigated an alarm malfunction on Mohawk Path.

2:55 PM: Investigation – Lieutenant Michael Quintin and Engine 2 investigated an alarm malfunction on Minuteman Circle.

6:11 AM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to an alarm activation on Mohawk Path. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

6:36 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

1:14 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated an tree leaning on a wire on Oak Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

4:09 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Greenview Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
