Holliston was buzzing with activity from early to late – culminating in the Annual Tree Lighting at Blair Square.

Santas appear often in the folklore and traditional stories of the season but only some of them capture the true spirit of the holiday and only a few are generous and thoughtful and want simply to bring joy to others.

The Annual Lions Club Breakfast with Santa will be held on December 8, 2019 in the Placentino/Miller cafeteria.

E.L. Harvey will be picking up leaves at curbside during the week of December 2, 2019.

The Holliston Community Farm located on Rogers Road is evolving into a valuable community resource since the property was acquired in 2014.

Last week, Representative Carolyn Dykema joined her colleagues to vote to enact S.2365, An act relative to educational opportunities for students, or the “Student Opportunity Act,” investing an additional $1.5 billion in the Commonwealth’s public schools over seven years. On Tuesday, Governor Charlie Baker signed the bill into law at a high school in West Roxbury.

Today, 173 families will be receiving Thanksgiving meals thanks to the efforts of the Holliston Newcomers and Neighbors in partnership with the Pantry Shelf.
