Pennie S. (Wilder) Losanno at 60

Pennie S. (Wilder) Losanno, 60, passed away peacefully at home on July 4, 2021, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. Pennie was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Arlene and Roger Wilder.  She graduated from Natick High School and received an Associate’s Degree from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester.  Pennie held many positions over her career, but she loved her recent job as a school bus driver for Holmes Transportation. Her favorite two holidays were Christmas and 4th of July, she decorated her home for her family and anyone who stopped by.

Pennie is survived by her loving husband, Victor; her two adoring sons, Jamie and his wife, Hannah, and Christopher; her stepdaughter, Christine, stepson Matthew and his wife, Chantel of Georgia, her sisters,  Lorna Wilder, Gina Dresser and her husband, Mike and  sister-in-law, Connie.  Pennie also leaves her grandsons, Louis and Jackson and granddaughter, Annabelle; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, 2 great nephews and a great niece. She is predeceased by her sister, Heidi, her nephew Shane, stepson Victor, nephew Michael and mother and father-in-law, Victor and Anna.

Pennie was most proud of her family. She was a hockey and karate mom, loved traveling to the Caribbean islands, taking Caribbean cruises with her family and especially enjoyed her vacations in Maine. Pennie always said, “Live your life to the fullest”, which is what she did every day and will be sorely missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know and love her.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 11th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 12th at 10:00 a.m. at First Congregational Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Holliston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

    Pennie was our children’s bus driver this past year. She was so kind and protective of our children. She will be greatly missed on Bus#14.
