- 6:56 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Summer Street. The response was cancelled on arrival.
- 8:50 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a hazard on Hill Street.
- 11:47 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Brooksmont Drive.
- 1:05 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1 and Engine 1 investigated a water emergency on Mechanic Street.

So, we had no full ambulance crew on duty for the evening/overnight of 12/24 and the Christmas Day shift. We have several dozen EMTs. Where is everybody?
