5:03 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tom Lamont and Firefighter Matt Dellicker investigated an alarm malfunction on Norland Street.

5:17 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tom Lamont and Firefighter Matt Dellicker, and Engine 1 investigated an alarm activation on Woodland Street.

Saturday, September 27

9:36 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hillside Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:34 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Travis Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:30 PM: Station Coverage – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway, to provide station coverage at their Milford Street fire station while personnel were committed to a retirement party.

6:49 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wilson Street. No EMS was required.

Sunday, September 28

9:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Richard Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:17 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

2:38 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:24 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Exchange Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:07 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm malfunction on Adams Street.

4:12 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on South Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

7:19 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:47 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
