Police Log for Week of December 3 – 9, 2017

December 3, 2017:

Animal incident, Hill; dog in the street. GOA.

December 4:

Animal incident, 215 Highland; car versus deer. No details (but driver now off Santa’s Christmas list).

December 5:

Crash, 924 Washington; Medford driver drove all that distance and hit an Ashland car in Holliston.

Suspicious activity, Foxwood; resident suspects that someone is in the house. HPD found no one.

December 6:

Crash, 799 Washington; Boston driver drove all that distance just to run into a Holliston car.

December 7:

Crash, Washington & Central; Holland Mass driver drove all that distance to bump into Bellingham driver.

Animal incident, Union; two dogs running in traffic (another example of the cut-through problem in Mudville).

December 8:

Crash, 1147 Washington; Uxbridge car hit a Holliston car (finally a trophy for Hometown Auto)

Suspicious activity, Fiske Pond; report of gray car parked for an extended period of time behind a shrub in a construction area.

Crash, Washington & Highland; Woonsocket car hit a Holliston car and then drove away.

December 9:

Crash; 2 Courtland; USPS truck slid off the road. Hometown Auto pulled it out but didn’t get to keep it.

Crash, Washington & Courtland; Cranston RI drivers elected our HR ambulance chaser for assistance in stopping.

7:45 PM, Complaint, 137 Concord; report of two people dressed in dark clothing and walking in the middle of the road. HPD spoke to parties advising them of the complaint (but not the danger. Darwin’s theory of Natural Selection will take care of that).

During the reporting period, 11 citations and 6 warnings were issued. Two erratic drivers were reported.
