9:12 AM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

11:09 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:58 AM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

2:16 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lakeshore Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:43 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Rich Coughlin, Rescue 1, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hopping Brook Road. An individual was transported to a landing zone on South Street, which had been secured by Engine 4. Care of the patient was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

10:27 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Rich Coughlin and Firefighter Derick Valovcin investigated alarm trouble on Washington Street.

11:05 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Rich Coughlin, Rescue 1, the ambulance, and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on South Street. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:08 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Rich Coughlin and Firefighter Derick Valovcin, and Engine 2 investigated unauthorized burning on Washington Street.

11:55 AM: Medical Alarm – EMT Sarah O’Connell and an ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a medical alarm activation on Regal Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

12:30 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Rich Coughlin and Firefighter Derick Valovcin, and Rescue 1 investigated an alarm malfunction on Anna Place.

2:29 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Spruce Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:50 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Grace Terrace. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:10 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cheryl Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:41 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:49 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:27 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Pilgrim Road.

7:58 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and Engine 4 investigated a transformer fire on Adams Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

5:40 AM Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a low-hanging wire on Highland Street.

6:36 AM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Robin Hill Road. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

7:51 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Railroad Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
