Joyce L’Antigua

Joyce Alexander L’Antigua, 93, a longtime resident of Holliston, MA, passed away on June 13, 2026, at her home in Franklin, NH, surrounded by her family. Born on April 21, 1933, in Rockford, IL, Joyce grew up on a farm, where she developed a lifelong love of animals and hard work. She was also an avid Chicago Cubs fan and, in her younger years, was known to skip school to take the bus to Chicago to cheer on her team. Joyce proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was stationed in England alongside her husband, Edward, who also served in the Air Force.

Joyce had a fulfilling career with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Employment Security, where she took great pride in helping people, especially veterans, find work.

She enjoyed theater trips to the Ogunquit Playhouse with friends, traveling to visit her grandchildren across the country, and exploring Scotland, Finland, Spain, Egypt, and Italy in retirement. She also gave generously of her time as a volunteer at the Holliston Food Pantry.

Joyce is survived by her children, Mark L’Antigua and his wife, Daniela, of Madison, AL, Denise Fishlock and her husband, Kyle, of Laconia, NH, Janine Pandolfino and her husband, Paul, of Laconia, NH, and Edward L’Antigua and his wife, Janny, of Sun City West, AZ; and 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, with another on the way. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward of 64 years, her son, Craig, and her granddaughter, Gianna Pandolfino.

Joyce will be remembered for her quick wit, warm and friendly spirit, and quiet grace. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held privately.
