5:26 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Skyview Terrace. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:41 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dean Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Saturday, September 5

12:19 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jennings Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:12 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Lane. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Wocester.

7:18 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. No EMS was required.

8:59 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. A patient was transported to a landing zone that had been secured on Hollis Street by Engine 3, where care was transferred to the crew of UMass Memorial LifeFlight 1 for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

10:53 AM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Brian Rossini, and Rescue 1 responded to an alarm activation on Morgans Way.

1:30 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:34 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Brian Rossini investigated an alarm malfunction on Exchange Street.

Sunday, September 6

11:50 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Robin Hill Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

4:50 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:05 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Maple Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

8:29 PM: Mutual Aid – Deputy Alan Greendale and Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway for a structure fire on Fisher Street. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

Monday, September 7

3:14 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Brian Rossini and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated an alarm malfunction on Mohawk Path.

6:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:02 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

4:32 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Brian Rossini and Firefighter Alex Porter, Rescue 1, Engine 3, the ambulance, and the backup ambulance responded to an alarm activation on Mohawk Path. The individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

Tuesday, September 8

10:19 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Madison Drive.

1:13 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:38 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance and an ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Johnson Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

8:52 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Jackson Drive.

Wednesday, September 9

12:44 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Regency Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:54 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Regency Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:59 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:37 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Rogers Road.

1:45 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:18 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jennings Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
