Holliston Fire responded to a structure fire / rekindle during this reporting period. This week also included four motor vehicle crashes, resulting in two hospital runs.

Holliston Fire responded to many medical emergencies during this reporting period. Members investigated several alarm activations during this week.

At 9:11 am on Monday, November 22, 2021 Holliston Fire and Police were called to the scene of a working house fire at 1004 Washington Street. When crews arrived, the house was fully involved. All residents and pets escaped safely. One resident was transported from the scene by Holliston ambulance.

HFD Chief Cassidy shares his department’s responses for a variety of emergency calls during this reporting period.

HFD ambulance crews handled several medical emergencies during this reporting period. The odor of natural gas brought out the crews from Eversource.

In addition to many emergency calls for medical attention, HFD investigated several incidents related to the first Nor’easter of the season.

In addition to responding to several medical emergencies during this reporting period, an HFD firefighter assisted with a large area search in Hopedale.
