Spilka, an Ashland resident, has announced that her annual 55+ Health and Wellness Fair, a day of informational and programming for MetroWest’s 55+ community and those who love them, will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Keefe Regional Technical School, located at 750 Winter Street in Framingham.
