February was a quieter month for property transfers. The value of homes continues to trend higher. The first half of the February sales are posted here.
Recently we met with Peter Conant (below), a developer who has received approval to build sixteen single family units in a development called “Village on the Green.”
The Holliston Planning Board met on Thursday, February 25, 2021 to review several planning documents and continue the Public Hearing regarding the proposed facility at 555 Hopping Brook Road.
