Elizabeth “Betty” Patterson, 84, of Holliston, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Mary (McLean) and William F. Coye. She was the wife of 43 years to the late Carl H. Patterson Jr.
Betty worked for many years as a paralegal in personal injury law with several law firms in the Framingham area. She also previously worked at Holliston Town Hall in various departments and served as secretary to the Planning Board. She enjoyed vacationing in Wells, Maine, and was an avid reader. Betty loved spending time with her family and attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sports games. In her younger years, she enjoyed skiing and traveling with friends.
Betty is survived by two children, Andrew Patterson and Jennifer Wolfe. She also leaves behind her siblings, William Coye III and his wife, Barbara, Judith A. Garcia and her husband, Tony, and David Coye; 5 grandchildren, Ash, Ezra, Jeffrey, Luke, and Blake, as well as many nieces and nephews.
