9:38 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Brooksmont Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:39 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a downed wire on Winthrop Street.

3:10 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

4:47 PM: Mutual Aid – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway for station coverage at their Milford Street fire station.

5:12 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran, and the primary and backup ambulances, responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. One individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. Eversource Electric was notified and responded. 

7:29 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, January 17

5:59 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:11 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wilson Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:14 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:01 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Milford Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:24 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Rockland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, January 19

2:02 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wedgewood Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:34 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran investigated an alarm malfunction on Andrew Lane.

7:50 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran, and Engine 4 investigated a wire down on Washington Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

8:25 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Ashland Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

9:25 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Travis Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

10:06 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran, and Engine 2 investigated wires arcing on Turner Road. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

10:28 AM: Medical – The primary and backup ambulances responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. Two residents were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:51 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran, and an ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:54 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran investigated an alarm malfunction on Chamberlain Street.

4:02 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Justin Moran, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Gorwin Drive. The individuals refused transport; two signed waivers were obtained.

Tuesday, January 20
