At approximately 10:30 Saturday morning an alarm in the Library basement was activated. All the patrons and staff were safely evacuated.
Chief Cassidy shared this account with the Holliston Reporter.
“Once we confirmed there was no hazard, the alarm was reset and we allowed the patrons to return inside. We returned the companies to their respective stations.
Prior to leaving, the Ladder crew deployed the aerial ladder to the roof, for pre-planning purposes. Always training!”
