The ambulance crews led the HFD responses to emergency assistance during this reporting period. Three motor vehicle crashes resulted in injury requiring ambulance transport.

It was a busy week for emergency medical and fire/investigation personnel of HFD.

This week’s emergency calls included a structure fire and a brush fire in addition to several medical calls.

In addition to responding to several medical emergencies, HFD responded to a brush fire due to the high wind / low humidity conditions.

The ambulance crews handled the majority of HFD emergency calls during this reporting period.

The ambulance crews were very busy this week with a very early call most days in this reporting period.

The week started with several investigations and the week ended with more medical emergencies.

Primarily medical emergencies kept HFD busy during this reporting period. On Thursday, February 11th there were no emergency calls – a rare event.
