A week in which there were almost as many investigations by firefighters as there were ambulance calls for the EMT’s.

The ambulance crews were called out at all hours of the day / night to assist residents in need. Medical emergencies don’t watch the clock.

This reporting period began with a fire alarm that was followed by several medical emergencies throughout the week.

Interspersed with many medical calls, HFD investigated several situations and responded to a car fire.

A busy week was made even more so for HFD with last Wednesday’s bursts of wind. Holliston’s Bravest were out all around Town tending to downed trees / wires.

HFD responded to several medical emergencies and investigated some alarm activations during this reporting period.

The ambulance crews handled twenty-four calls for service during this reporting period and HFD firefighters backed up Hopkinton during their big fire on Sunday the 20th.

HFD ambulance crews assisted several residents during this reporting period. Several odors in our neighborhoods required investigation.

Along with the medical calls HFD handled during this reporting period, they responded to an overnight animal rescue.
