Select Board Takes Care of The Town’s Business Efficiently
Select Board Chair, John Cronin called the weekly meeting to order at 7:01. The Executive Session posted on the agenda was not needed so the Board got right to work.

Council on Aging Keeping Holliston Seniors Connected
At the September monthly meeting of the Council on Aging (CoA) bid farewell to Linda Sotille who is leaving as Assistant Director, welcomed Bryan Perkins as the new Asst. Dir. – beginning September 14th, and a new member of the Council was recommended for appointment by the Select Board to fill a vacancy on the Council.

Legion Post 47 Remembers 9/11
Under a dreary sky, perhaps apropos on such an auspicious occasion, Holliston’s American Legion Post 47 conducted a modified 9/11 remembrance and presentation to Holliston’s first responders.

Select Board Meets On A Wednesday Evening
Due to the Labor Day Holiday, the usual Monday Select Board meeting was held on Wednesday, September 9th. Following and Executive Session, the Public Meeting began at 7:35 pm.
