COVID-19: March 29, 2021 Update from Representative Dykema
As the weather gets warmer and we vaccinate a growing portion of our population, it begins to feel like we are coming to a “light at the end of the tunnel” of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 400,000 doses of vaccine were shipped to Massachusetts last week, and 27% of residents of Middlesex and Worcester Counties have received at least one dose.

Braggville – Kampersal Dairy Farm is the home to more than a handful of animals. The wheels on the old milk truck have been set to rust. But the bovine tradition carries on here—now a meat farm. The Kampersals care for their animals until rest. Holstein cows, plump piggies, ducks, turkeys, and chicks prowl the rows of corn and cantaloupe.

Adams Middle School Participates in Pooled Testing Trial
Students and teachers at Robert Adams Middle School (RAMS) are currently participating in a free pooled testing trial offered by the state to determine whether or not the school system should continue pooled testing.

The fourth annual New Life 5K Trail Run will take place this spring. The event benefits New Life Furniture Bank of MA and its mission to provide essential home furnishings to individuals and families who are transitioning out of homelessness.

Linda Marshall, Holliston Senior Center Director, recently announced the Holliston Council on Aging (COA) received a MassDevelopment, MAPC award of $34,470.
