The presentation will be about the impact of baseball on the history, social life and culture of Holliston from the 1850s up to the present. Features of the presentation include why it was important to hold this program on Thursday, April 3rd and what that date has to do with baseball history.
George Flagg, who once owned the property now occupied by the Holliston Historical Society and the location of the presentation, played a pivotal role in early baseball history that will be surprising to many.
