WHAT: 14-year-old Arman Haider, a native of Holliston, Massachusetts, was born with cleft lip and palate, a condition that presented many health challenges during his childhood. On his 4th birthday, Arman wished to change the lives of children facing similar challenges. Together with his brother Jahan, Arman began raising funds to support surgeries for children with cleft conditions worldwide. The heartfelt initiative, which started as a kind gesture from a young boy, evolved into a decade-long effort. To date, the Haider brothers have successfully funded over 25 surgeries, offering children around the world a chance to smile confidently.
