Don’t throw your Halloween pumpkin in a landfill – throw it in a catapult! Join us at the Weston Pond Recreation Area on Saturday, November 7 to get YOUR pumpkin hurled hundreds of feet for free by the Punkin Chunkin World Champions. All pumpkin parts will be gathered and composted by Black Earth Composting to turn them back into rich soil for local gardens. Event from 1-3 PM, rain date on Sunday the 8th. Complimentary hot apple cider provided!
