No Parking is more than a sign. There are many specific Holliston Traffic Rules and Orders that identify where and how it is safe and legal to park along Holliston streets.

Story Time with Chief Cassidy: “Nozzlehead What Firefighters Do” (Episode 33) was recognized as a Silver Award winner in the General Education category. In this episode, first grade students utilize their illustration skills and author talents to show and explain “What Firefighters Do”. Each student in Mrs. Kristen Schutter’s class created their own image and story to educate others as to firefighter’s responsibilities. From fighting fires to medical calls, rescues and even saving cats from trees, the students capture exciting moments and share them all in this book by TJ Spencer.

This is the first of a periodic series highlighting some of the Holliston Rules and Orders.  The Traffic Rules and Orders are authorized by the Select Board (aka Highway Surveyors), maintained by the Town Clerk, and enforced by the Holliston Police Department.

We were visited by our grandchildren this weekend which gave an excuse to take in two loud events: HN&N’s Touch-A-Truck and the HHS Class of ’22 Car parade.
