  1. Trevor,

    1. I was so sorry to hear about Dennis, never new he was even sick. He was my neighbor for a number of years but you know how it is, you come home from work, wiped out not much socializing. We talked at times and he was always a gentleman to me. Again sorry to hear and too young.

  2. With deep sadness I heard that Dennis had died. I had enjoyed so many times with him digging through Holliston history and sharing interests in all things historical, something that he inherited from his mother Wallie, as I had also learned so much from her too. Dennis, Paul Guidi and I had collaborated on a book of postcards of Holliston in 2014. What fun we had working on the pictures and the stories behind them! Dennis was so tickled about seeing his name on the cover, he, the first listed author. I reminded him that if he were to do an author search on the Library of Congress catalog, he would find his name there, permanently listed as an author. How he laughed and said it made him proud – and as he always was, humbled by the very idea that he was listed there among all those other people who had their names on books. Dennis has left his mark on more places than the LOC. He was a friend, mentor and he made a difference for so many people. He will be missed.
