Emily Frances Pakulat, 42, passed away while visiting family in California on July 13, 2024. Emily (Carlson) was born and raised in Holliston, before setting in Natick, MA.
Emily was a 1999 graduate of Holliston High School and then attended UMASS Lowell. She worked in sales and customer service before she became a stay-at-home mom. She was often a nanny for families in the area and loved taking care of children. Emily is survived by her husband, Philip Pakulat, and her beautiful daughter, Lydia Pakulat; her parents, Joel and Carol (Adams) Carlson; her sister, Judy Colborne (Carlson); her nieces, Haley and Camryn Colborne; many more family members; and her amazing group of friends and neighbors.
A private family gathering will be held at Lake Grove Cemetery on Saturday, August 3rd, followed by a Celebration of Life open to friends and family at Fireside Tavern in Sherborn, MA from 12pm-3pm.
