Look at the sheer amount and variety of calls across town. We cannot keep asking our on call HFD staff to jump out the door 6-10 times a day to answer calls. They are missing out on family time & leaving their full time jobs to answer calls. I’m worried about them getting burnt-out. Every other town department has had multiple full time staff for years, so should the HFD!!!
