7:38 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lowland Street. The  individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. 

10:13 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 3 investigated an alarm activation on Turner  Road. 

12:45 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency  on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

3:06 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pout Lane. A resident was  transported to MetroWest Medical Center. 

Saturday, January 3 

4:00 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident  was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

11:26 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran, and the  ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford  Regional Medical Center. 

12:36 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. A  resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

3:54 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. The individual  refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. 

4:04 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran, and the backup ambulance, responded to a medical emergency on Hanlon Road. A resident was transported to  Milford Regional Medical Center. 

4:57 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran, and  Lieutenant Brian Kramer investigated a water problem on Courtland Street.  

5:10 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran, and the  ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to  MetroWest Medical Center. 

8:27 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran  investigated an alarm malfunction on Fairlane Way.

Sunday, January 4 

3:46 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran, and  Engine 2 investigated an alarm activation on Norfolk Lane. 

7:31 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norland Street. The individual  refused transport; two signed waivers were obtained. 

3:43 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pinecrest Road. A resident  was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

5:23 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Justin Moran  investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street. 

Monday, January 5 

1:12 AM: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and  Firefighter Justin Moran, Ladder 1, Engines 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the ambulance responded to a report of  smoke in the home. The cause was determined to be a malfunctioning appliance. 

8:12 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 1 investigated an odor on Hollis Street. 

11:53 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland  Street. The individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained. 

12:36 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident  was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

2:03 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A  resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

6:53 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency  on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:41 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was  transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

10:46 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and Engine 3 investigated an alarm activation on  Locust Street. 

2:55 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident  was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

3:16 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A  resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:25 AM: Assist Other Agency – The ambulance responded to assist the police on Washington Street.  No EMS was required. 

10:49 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident  was transported to MetroWest Medical Center. 

1:13 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on  Underwood Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
