8:34 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:37 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Exchange Street. The individuals refused transport; three signed refusals were obtained.

6:01 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. No EMS was required.

7:33 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Shawn Connors investigated an alarm trouble on Washington Street.

10:11 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:56 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. Two individuals were transported to MetroWest Medical Center. Two individuals refused transport; signed refusals were obtained.

12:21 AM: Medical Alarm – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical alarm on South Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

2:29 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Shawn Connors investigated an alarm trouble on Skyview Terrace. 

7:42 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

9:38 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Raleigh Road. The alarm activation was unfounded; no EMS was required.

9:41 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MeetroWest Medical Center.

9:11 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Thursday, January 16

10:34 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. The individuals refused transport; two signed waivers were obtained.

5:17 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Mahan Circle. The individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
