11:31 AM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lakeshore Drive. A
resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
1:10 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on Woodland Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
4:27 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

responded to an alarm activation on Highland Street.
11:12 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
11:20 AM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a
medical emergency on Birchwood Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
2:30 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cold Spring Road. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
10:47 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wilkins Road. A resident was
transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Willow Pond Circle. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.
11:13 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on Maple Dell Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
3:30 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on South Street. Two individuals refused transport; signed refusals were obtained.

transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
3:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.
8:04 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. A resident
was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
9:22 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

8:46 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm malfunction on Adams Street.
8:54 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and a paramedic mentor from Medway
Fire responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Newton
Wellesley Hospital.


12:30 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Captain John Gagnon, Firefighter Brendan Malone, the
ambulance, and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Grove
Street. The patient was transported to a landing zone off Norfolk Street which had been secured by
Engine 2, where care was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight 7 for air medical transport to
UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.
1:00 PM: Investigation – Engine 1 investigated an alarm malfunction on Sparrow Lane.

Thursday, April 17
9:50 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was
transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
10:10 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the backup ambulance responded to a medical
emergency on Karen Circle. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
11:32 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm malfunction on Balancing
Rock Drive.
2:17 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency
on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
6:09 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Summer Street.
The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.
