3:23 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

12:04 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Railroad Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:30 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Ceneter.

4:15 PM: Mutual Aid – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Alan Greendale, and Engine 3 responded mutual aid to Ashland, providing station coverage at their Union Street fire station while crews were committed to a structure fire on Mountain Gate Road.

5:24 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:15 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:38 PM: Mutual Aid – The backup ambulance responded mutual aid to Sherborn for a motor vehicle crash on Hunting Lane. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

10:41 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical on Adams Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:44 AM: Pedestrian Crash – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a pedestrian struck on Washington Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

12:26 PM: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Windsor Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:05 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:01 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Kuniholm Drive. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Wednesday, May 29

8:59 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and Engines 3 and 4 investigated an odor on Hopping Brook Road.

10:45 AM: Medical Alarm – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Summer Street. The activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

11:58 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. An individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. Another individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

2:42 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated unauthorized burning on Partridge Way. The individual was advised of the open burning regulations.

3:45 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Summer Street.

3:50 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:25 PM: Animal Rescue – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an animal rescue on Washington Street. Three ducklings were removed from a catch basin.

7:32 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Indian Ridge Road South.

Thursday, May 30
