Friday, November 8

6:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Gregory Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:38 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Ladder 1, Rescue 1, Engines 1 and 4, and the ambulance responded to an investigation on Hopping Brook Road.

4:18 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:38 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 3 investigated an alarm activation on October Hill Road.

Saturday, November 9

4:12 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ashland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:58 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace, the ambulance, and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:25 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:16 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:05 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated unauthorized burning on Birchwood Road. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

12:47 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated an alarm activation on Indian Ridge Road South.

2:23 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:27 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated unauthorized burning on Washington Street. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

6:27 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Brian Grace investigated unauthorized burning on Carlton Drive. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

10:25 PM: Mutual Aid – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway, to cover their Milford Street fire station while crews were committed to a brush fire.

11:52 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, November 10

7:00 AM: Mutual Aid – Deputy Alan Greendale and Forest Fire 3 responded mutual aid to North Reading with Forestry Task Force 14C as part of the statewide fire mobilization plan.

8:13 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:24 AM: Mutual Aid – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway, to cover their Milford Street fire station while crews were committed to a brush fire.

11:17 AM: Investigation – Captain Brian Grace investigated unauthorized burning on Underwood Street. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

12:30 PM: Investigation – Captain Brian Grace investigated unauthorized burning on Underwood Street. The resident was advised o the open burning regulations.

1:11 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Gregory Road. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

4:21 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, November 11

5:55 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:09 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:18 AM: Medical Alarm – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical alarm activation on Washington Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; the response was canceled prior to arrival. 

7:51 AM: Structure Fire – The department responded to a structure fire on Courtland Street. Sherborn Fire Chief Zach Ward assisted with incident management functions on scene. Medway Fire covered the Central Fire Station with an engine. Investigators from Massachusetts Fire District 14 Fire Investigation Unit and the Massachusetts Fire and Explosion Investigation Unit assisted with the origin and cause determination. 

10:40 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Brian Kramer, the ambulance, and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:11 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Louis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Tuesday, November 12

10:32 AM: Mutual Aid – Engine 3 responded mutual aid to Sheborn, to cover their N Main Street station while crews were committed to a brush fire.

12:05 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 4 investigated an electrical hazard on Prentice Street. Eversource Energy was notified.

2:22 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hill Street in Medway. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Wednesday, November 13

9:26 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:01 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hopping Brook Road. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:58 PM: Vehicle Fire – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and Engines 1 and 3 responded to a motor vehicle fire on Woodland Street.

9:58 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
