Saturday, July 4

5:06 AM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Regal Street. The alarm activation was unintentional.

10:49 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla investigated an alarm malfunction on Holly Lane.

12:10 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

2:24 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

4:01 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

4:32 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance and an ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:37 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway responded to a medical emergency on Karen Circle. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, July 5

2:06 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

2:35 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance and an ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

4:54 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Turner Road. 

9:32 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Lovering Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:55 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Michael Gulla and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated an alarm malfunction on Pond View Road.

Monday, July 6

11:54 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on High Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

3:56 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on South Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:12 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm malfunction on Granite Street.

1:07 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Springdale Circle. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:34 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

1:37 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated arcing wires on Railroad Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

1:48 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:28 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm activation on Curve Street.

3:08 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Woodland Street. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:44 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to an evaluation on Maple Street. The ambulance was canceled prior to patient contact. 

8:40 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a standby at a fire incident on Holliston Street.

9:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:56 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Karen Circle. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:08 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Madison Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
