2:59 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

9:11 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1, and Engines 2 and 3 investigated a gas leak on Baker Street. Eversource Gas was notified and responded.

3:00 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:21 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Travis Gross and Firefighter Brendan Malone investigated an odor on Baker Street.

7:41 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, May 31

12:34 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:46 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Travis Gross and Brendan Malone, and Engine 4 investigated an alarm malfunction on Oak Street.

4:59 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Travis Gross and Firefighter Brendan Malone, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street. No EMS was required.

Sunday, June 1

9:37 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ashland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:27 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Lieutenant Travis Gross and Firefighter Brendan Malone, and Engine 4 responded to a wire arcing on Washington Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

12:34 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

2:42 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Travis Gross and Engine 1 investigated an electrical hazard on Union Street. 

4:18 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Sherborn for a motor vehicle crash on North Main Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:31 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Travis Gross and Firefighter Brendan Malone investigated an alarm activation on Fisher Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

Monday, June 2

4:25 AM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Travis Gross and Firefighter Brendan Malone, responded to a medical emergency on Grove Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:14 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Travis Gross and Firefighter Brendan Malone, and an ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

8:26 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an electrical hazard on Kim Place. Eversouce Electric was notified and responded.

11:14 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engines 2 and 4 investigated an electrical hazard on Washington Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

12:25 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Paramedic Jamie Eastman, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The patient was transported to a landing zone at Stoddard Park, which Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 2 had secured. Care was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight 6 for air medical transport to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.

5:39 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Travis Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:51 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Andrew Lane. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

8:23 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Rebeca Lane. 

Tuesday, June 3

6:52 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marilyn Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:59 PM: Medical Alarm – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Summer Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

3:28 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:08 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Eagle Path.

Wednesday, June 4

10:50 AM: Medical Alarm Activation – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

7:08 PM: Assist Other Agency – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and Deputies Alan Greendale and Michael Gulla assisted another agency with a missing person search in the area of Timberledge Drive.

8:34 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Wingate Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

8:51 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale investigated an alarm malfunction on Mechanic Street.

Thursday, June 5

10:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:51 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 3 investigated an odor on Water Street.

5:28 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated damage to a fire hydrant on Carlton Drive.

5:35 PM: Mutual Aid – The backup ambulance responded mutual aid to Sherborn for station coverage while personnel were committed to a training exercise.
